Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in customers, explain product benefits and encourage purchases.
  • Provide courteous sales services and advice; handle customer inquiries and demonstrate product application techniques.
  • Replenish stocks, arrange products neatly and ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines / planograms.
  • Monitor inventory levels at assigned outlets and liaise with the supply team to avoid stockouts.
  • Support promotional setups, events and product demonstrations; distribute samples and collect feedback.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with 4U2's brand image.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Pleasant and service-oriented personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays; willingness to travel to various retail locations.
  • Experience in sales promotion or merchandising preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Physically fit and able to handle product displays and promotional materials.
  • Knowledge of beauty / cosmetics products and a passion for helping customers look their best.
  • Must possess own transportation.
