Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate weekly inventory reports and utilizations for the customer.
• Disseminate updated information from customer to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
• Notify customer and supplier on shipment discrepancy via mail.
• Respond to customer or related parties’ email promptly.
• Coordinate rework / screening activities as per supplier / customer requirement.
• Update GR, SPT and NIT using customers system.
• Prepare bonded custom transactions.
• Update In and Out Custom Lot quantity and number.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position you must have valid rights to work and live in Malaysia.
