About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to join our team at United Kotak Berhad in Kulali, Johor. As our QA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes and products. This is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your expertise in quality assurance and control to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements
• Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods
• Analysing quality data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Continuously seeking opportunities to streamline and optimise quality assurance processes
