Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording data. Key tasks include preparing financial statements, analyzing accounting records, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Accountant will manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience 3-5 years in financial reporting, financial statements preparation, and analyzing accounting records
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA or ACCA) is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in WP. Kuala Lumpur
