Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the hardware industry. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of supervisory experience in sales, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of hardware products. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team, providing training and guidance.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and build strong relationships with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data trends, and prepare reports for management.
- Identify new sales opportunities, track industry trends, and analyze competitors' activities.
- Prepare sales proposals, manage documentation, and oversee administrative tasks.
- Work closely with inventory management to ensure product availability and optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with management to set targets, track progress, and improve sales operations.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory sales role, preferably in the hardware industry.Prior experience in retail management is an added advantage.Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.Benefits :
