Supervisor (Sunway Pyramid)

Step into the world of FILA — a global sportswear and lifestyle brand known for style, performance, and innovation. We're looking for a Store Supervisor to lead our retail team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and help drive the success of our FILA store.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to :

• Lead & Motivate the Team
• Supervise daily store activities, guide sales staff, and keep team morale high.
• Conduct team briefings and coach associates on sales techniques and customer service.
• Support training and onboarding for new hires.
• Drive Sales & Service Excellence
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, including metrics like ATV (Average Transaction Value) and CR (Conversion Rate).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated inquiries.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers and support the team.
• Ensure Smooth Store Operations
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and store presentation.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce company SOPs and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers.
• Reporting & Administration
• Assist with daily sales reporting, cash handling, and banking functions.
• Provide accurate updates to management and complete assigned tasks on time.
