Our client is a well-established company specializing in medical and pharmaceutical products, with a strong foothold in the Infection Prevention segment. Active in the hospital sector for over a decade, the company has a solid customer base and is known for its commitment to healthcare excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover and manage accounts within the Klang Valley and Selangor region.
 - Promote assigned medical / pharmaceutical products scientifically and effectively to healthcare professionals.
 - Plan weekly sales and business development activities, including customer visits and product presentations.
 - Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territories in alignment with company goals.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
 - Build strong customer relationships and expand the existing client base.
 - Maintain updated and accurate sales reports; participate in periodic sales reviews and target discussions.
 - Provide input to management for sales strategy formulation and demand forecasting.
 - Report any adverse product reactions or complaints in compliance with company SOPs.
 - Personally deliver products for smaller orders when required.
 - Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the company.
 
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Science.Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred.Demonstrates initiative with minimal supervision; self‑motivated and results‑driven.Knowledge of various sales techniques and ability to engage effectively in procurement processes.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Proficient in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage.Computer literate.Must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license.Willingness to travel, including outstation assignments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
