Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Account to join our team on a freelance / part-time basis. The successful candidate will assist in handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the finance team with reporting and administrative duties.

  • Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment tracking
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
  • Assist in preparing monthly / quarterly financial reports
  • Support the finance team with general accounting and administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (students / fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL, or equivalent is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Freelance / Remote or On-site (to be discussed)
  • Part-time basis with potential for extension / full-time role
