We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tomaz 21 Trees Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our in‑store restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. What you’ll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Ensuring that all menu items are prepared and served according to company standards and customer specifications
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed
• Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Assisting with the training and development of restaurant staff
• Preparing and submitting accurate records and reports related to daily operations
