Requirements
1- Fresh grade minimum Diploma most welcome to apply the job; minimum CGPA 2.8 and above;
2- or has minimum 2 years experiences in Finance / HR Department;
3- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and advantages if has third language;
4- Good communication skill, passion, and work independently;
5- Has a good work life balance;
6- 5 days work 8.30 am- 6.00 pm
7- Good own transport arrangement;
Responsibilities
1- Monitoring staffs daily attendance such as late in, absent, overtime etc
2- Staffs daily overtime reports
3- Month end payroll transaction in payroll system
4- Keep record for staffs deduction and add pay
5- Payroll reports process
6- Manage HRDC claim process
7- Record staffs training
8- Ad Hoc Tasks
