Requirements
- Candidates with prior knowledge and relevant working experience dealing with PUSPAKOM, JPJ, and APAD will have an added advantage.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates must possess at least SPM

Update and monitor the expiry dates of PUSPAKOM inspections and road tax for lorries and trailers.Schedule monthly PUSPAKOM inspections through the system for company-side inspections.Prepare payment voucher requests for PUSPAKOM inspection and processing charges.Maintain updated records of original vehicle grant documents and permit files for lorries and trailers.File and keep original PUSPAKOM inspection discs and road tax documents properly.Perform daily checks on expiry dates of PUSPAKOM inspections and make advance bookings for upcoming inspections.Monitor expiry dates of road tax and insurance for lorries and trailers.Ensure drivers affix the new original PUSPAKOM inspection disc and road tax on their vehicles promptly.Laminate and attach original PUSPAKOM and road tax discs on trailer rods.After each inspection or road tax renewal, update the new dates in the PUSPAKOM system and related folders.Prepare payment requests for road tax renewals of prime movers (lorries).Inspect and confirm the condition of lorries and trailers prior to inspection; coordinate with shunting drivers to ensure readiness.Handle related emails, bookings for indoor / outdoor inspections, and associated payments.Manage all tasks related to PUSPAKOM compliance and processes.Benefits
