Job Description :

Teleperformance Malaysia is seeking friendly and motivated Cantonese-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support a leading brand in the Pet Food . Based in Georgetown, Penang , this role focuses on delivering excellent customer service through clear communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in Cantonese and English
Provide accurate information and assist with mobile-related issues and requests
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Document all customer interactions accurately
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed

Requirements

Proficiency in Cantonese (spoken and written) is required

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

Customer service experience is an advantage but not necessary

Able to work Office hour 9am - 6pm

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Georgetown, Penang
