Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of integrated risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks in technology operations.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior management on risk-related matters.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the risk management department.
  • Analyze emerging risks in the financial services industry and recommend proactive measures.
  • Support the organization in achieving strategic objectives while maintaining risk awareness.

Qualifications

A successful Head, Integrated Risk Management should have :

  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks within the financial services industry.
  • Proven expertise in technology-related risk management practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide teams effectively.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in risk management, finance, or technology.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
