Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, merchandising, or product development , preferably in retail or FMCG. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory / ERP systems. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail display best practices is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Source and purchase products based on sales demand and company requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers on product development, design, and packaging improvements.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and warehouse teams on product updates, campaign execution, and in-store product presentation.
- Assist in planning product assortments and optimizing product placement for sales performance.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and market data to make informed purchasing and merchandising decisions.
- Maintain supplier records and ensure purchase orders are processed accurately and on time.
