Clinical Instructor (Accident & Emergency)
- Ensure legibility / accuracy / completion of patient's medical records, charts and all other relevant documents.
- Responsible to allocate beds for in-patients according to their acuity level, medical conditions, requirements and insurance / company entitlements.
- Plan and implement high quality patient-centred nursing care for all patients.
- Coordinate activities with all members of health team within the hospital pertaining to patient care.
- Provide equal opportunity for all nursing personnel to develop their knowledge, judgement, skills and value to ensure the highest attainable quality of healthcare.
- Anticipate, prevent, identify and resolve problems / issues at unit level Report hospital wide patient census, staffing, patient's condition, staff disciplinary issues and all incidents of every shift to Director of Nursing.
- Responsible for the orientation of new staff.
