We are looking for an Inventory Officer to support our daily inventory operations from customs clearance to warehouse coordination and stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all customs-related tasks for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Plan and assign daily picking and kitting tasks; monitor picking accuracy.
- Ensure proper packing, shipment arrangements, and document submission.
- Verify incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documents.
- Flag and report any shipment discrepancies.
- Support physical inventory checks (monthly and annually).
- Update return shipments in the system and coordinate QC inspections.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure tools are in working order.
- Perform system data entry and comply with SOPs.
- Take part in warehouse packing activities when needed.
