Inventory Officer

We are looking for an Inventory Officer to support our daily inventory operations from customs clearance to warehouse coordination and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all customs-related tasks for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Plan and assign daily picking and kitting tasks; monitor picking accuracy.
• Ensure proper packing, shipment arrangements, and document submission.
• Verify incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documents.
• Flag and report any shipment discrepancies.
• Support physical inventory checks (monthly and annually).
• Update return shipments in the system and coordinate QC inspections.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure tools are in working order.
• Perform system data entry and comply with SOPs.
• Take part in warehouse packing activities when needed.
