Overview
We're seeking a proactive, results-driven freelance SDR to own the top of the sales funnel, responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, initiating outreach, and nurturing potential clients.
- Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, etc.)
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other channels
- Qualify leads based on their requirements & buying intent
- Hit weekly or daily lead volume targets to ensure a consistent pipeline flow
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and notes in our CRM
What You’ll Need
1–3 years in lead generation, business development, or sales support (preferred but not mandatory)Comfortable using CRMs and outreach toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsResults-driven with a hunger to exceed targets and drive meaningful impactMust commit to working from our KL office at least 2 days per weekThis is freelance, but we need reliability and dedication as if you're part of the core team
