Role Description

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations across outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Take full ownership of P&L performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets in alignment with senior management.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
• Design, coordinate, and implement operational systems that enhance efficiency and deliver consistent excellence in customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management on business development initiatives, promotions, and strategic projects.
• Regarding Malaysian candidates, work permit and interview transportation costs will be covered
