Job Description

• Forecast Management : Develop, maintain, and refine accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market intelligence, and statistical models within the Kinaxis Maestro global planning platform. Ensure historical data is properly cleansed and apply sound judgement in adjusting forecasts for known business events and trends.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key demand planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, forecast value add, and forecast bias, identifying drivers of variance and areas for improvement.
• Insight & Analysis : Provide actionable insights on demand trends, seasonality, and market shifts, ensuring that business decisions are supported by robust analytical evidence.
• S&OP Collaboration : Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by preparing updated demand projections, highlighting key assumption changes, and collaborating with the Market S&OP Manager to align on strategic priorities. Actively participate in weekly S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) and monthly S&OP meetings, providing clear and data-driven recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with market and global demand planning teams to ensure consistent adoption of global frameworks, tools, and best practices across the planning function.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement continuous improvements in demand planning accuracy, process efficiency, and system usage through data-driven initiatives and collaboration with the global Demand Planning Excellence team.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in demand planning using advanced digital tools, preferably Kinaxis Maestro.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, or JD Edwards (JDE).
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and global teams.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA from a recognised business school.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics roles.
