• Forecast Compilation & Management : Consolidate and manage demand forecasts for South Asia MPY, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with the commercial team to update forecasts and communicate key insights with the supply team.
• Supply Planning Coordination : Maintain a "bow tie" relationship with the supply planning team, ensuring a smooth flow of accurate demand data to all relevant stakeholders.
• SLOB Reduction & Prevention : Actively drive initiatives to reduce and prevent slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB).
• IBP Process Execution : Support and enhance the IBP process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• KPI Management : Monitor and improve demand planning KPIs, including forecast bias and forecast accuracy.
