Responsibilities

  • Maintaining vendor registration, and upkeep of vendor data / documentation in the system.
  • Maintaining current up-to-date procurement documents, purchase information, and price database.
  • Assist Procurement Manager in preparing management information, material price trends, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Coordinate with engineers and site team regarding supplier mobilization to site and logistics-related matters.
  • Tabulate commercial bid evaluations and prepare comparison tables.
  • Perform courier-related deliveries and maintain the procurement shared folder filing.
  • Maintain various procurement RFQ tracking, procurement status updates, and database.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, schedule appointments, and receive visitors.
  • Check supplier invoices and maintain invoice tracking records.
  • Perform other duties related to the field as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • A team player who demonstrates patience, flexibility, and honesty.
  • Willingness and ability to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required.
  • A self-starter who can plan and manage own work, take initiative, and strive to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment; fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and / or Mandarin (to communicate with overseas partners and vendors).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
