About the role
We're seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team at SCGM BHD in Kajang, Selangor. As a Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the overall business objectives. This is a full‑time position based in our Kajang office.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory regulations
- Lead financial planning, cost control, and internal audit functions
- Provide management with accurate financial analysis for decision-making
- Supervise and guide the finance team to achieve departmental objectives
