Penerangan pekerjaanStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and respond to potential system issues. Capable of working independently in a 24 / 7 shift environment. Able to communicate clearly especially during escalation of issues Able to lead and support team members, ensuring operational competency. Basic working knowledge of tools such as AS400,Control-M, NetBackup, ServiceNow, and Dynatrace. Ability to recognize potential problems. Familiarity with Bank's Operations, Policies and Procedures IT Governance Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or Data Centre Management , preferably within a financial institution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct routine system health checks and promptly report abnormalities to relevant teams, ensuring follow-through until resolution.
- Support the DCM Manager and act as a backup for the DCM Shift Leader during their absence.
- Execute daily operational tasks as outlined in job sheets and Data Centre Job Request forms.
- Maintain accurate documentation and proper filing of operational forms and checklists.
- Perform report distribution tasks as assigned in the system.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderly maintenance of the Data Centre environment.
- Monitor system problem, Escalate issues, errors, or system messages to the Shift Leader or designated alternate or system support and follow-up
- This must be recorded in Incident Log and to raise an incident via ServiceNow system and escalation until the problem is resolved.
