Job Summary
This role is responsible for all financial accounting related matters and corporate affair functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, analytical support, compliance with internal controls, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor financial reports for internal and external reference, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Monitor the company’s cash flow position.
- Perform ad-hoc sensitive or analytical analysis to facilitate management decision-making.
- Verify daily operating matters for compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policy.
- Liaise with Head Office, financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies on accounting and financial matters.
- Coordinate and prepare the financial budget / projections, performance targets, and feasibility studies.
- Maintain and advise on corporate information submissions to ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepare reports for periodic meetings.
- Conduct financial analysis for business development matters.
- Oversee day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting or a recognized Professional Accounting qualification.Skills & Abilities
