RPA Developer

OCBC Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

  • Develop and implement the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems, including BOTs and development tools, to streamline a wide variety of back-office processes.
  • Manage group digital projects, coordinating with IT to define User Requirements, specifications, scope of works, and related activities.
  • Design and develop mechanisms to monitor and report BOT performance and optimize BOT utilization across domains.
  • Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and end-user guides.
  • Assure the quality of automation through QA processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work with the development team to ensure proper implementation and integration of solutions.
  • Contribute to building a digital platform for rapid scale-up and expansion in Malaysia, in regions with limited OCBC branch presence, to capture new customer segments.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related IT fields.
  • UiPath RPA Certified.
  • Familiar with MS Access, SQL statements, and MSSQL databases.
  • Understanding of web servers, clients, and API services.
  • Direct client-facing experience with Small and Medium Enterprises.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interface and influence at all levels within and outside the organization.
  • High energy, organized, adaptable, self-learning mindset, and able to work independently.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong conceptualization and execution skills; ability to bring ideas to market.
  • Detail-oriented with strategic thinking and strong analytical / problem-solving skills.
  • Fresh graduates with basic automation skills are encouraged to apply.
