Assistant Manager, RPA Developer

Assistant Manager, RPA Developer is critical for leveraging RPA and AI to automate, optimize, and streamline key business processes across the bank, ensuring the highest standards of development, operations, and compliance. This role will be reporting to the Head of Data Management Reporting Analysis in the Analytic Department.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze existing processes, identify automation potential, and translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable RPA workflow designs.
• Design, develop, test, and enhance RPA workflows using development platforms, actively integrating cutting‑edge AI services (including platforms like Gemini or Google Cloud AI) to introduce cognitive functionalities into the processes.
• Monitor and manage deployed RPA bots via orchestration tools, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation, and promptly troubleshooting and resolving all production issues related to automations.
• Implement RPA development best practices, identify opportunities to continuously optimize and improve existing processes, and ensure all activities adhere strictly to the bank’s security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated processes, including process design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
