Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and output Perform routine inspections and quality checks to maintain chemical product standards Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions to minimise downtime Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities Adhere to all safety, health protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe work environment What we\'re looking for

Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and operating instructions Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address production challenges Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, safety and health and environment Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities Good communication and interpersonal skills What we offer
