Working Hours : Shift (Single shift – to be specified by the company)
Salary Range : RM 5,500 – RM 7,500 per month (depending on experience)
Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and career-driven Production Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team at Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure product quality, optimize resource utilization, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer demands and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning and Execution
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily production schedules to meet delivery and quality targets.
- Monitor workflow, allocate manpower, and adjust resources to maximize productivity.
- Ensure the timely availability of materials, machinery, and manpower to avoid production delays.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless production operations.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all products meet internal and customer quality standards and specifications.Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures and documentation.Address and resolve quality deviations or non-conformances promptly.Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement on the production floor.Safety and Compliance
Enforce compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments within the production area.Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and environmental standards.Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to output, efficiency, and quality.Prepare regular production performance reports highlighting achievements and improvement areas.Identify production bottlenecks and develop effective countermeasures.Participate in management meetings and contribute to operational strategy discussions.Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process enhancement, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.Lead or support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Encourage team participation in problem-solving and innovation activities.Resource Management
Supervise the proper operation, maintenance, and housekeeping of machinery and equipment.Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance scheduling and breakdown resolution.Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to align with production plans.Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
