Penerangan pekerjaanProven experience as a Sous Chef / Demi Chef / Commis Chef in a Thai / Japanese kitchen. Good knowledge of Thai / Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on restaurant operation needs. Culinary certification is a plus. Willing to work in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Company Background :
We are representing our client, a well-known F&B group that caters to high-end customers and offers event banquet rentals. They are seeking an experienced Sous Chef (Thai cuisine) to join their team in Sungai Long, Kajang (Hostel provided if needed).
Main Responsibilities :
- Support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management.
- Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and standards.
- Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.
- Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
