Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate conveyancing and leasing agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Provide legal advice and support on property-related transactions and leasing matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in property dealings.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant authorities to facilitate property transactions.
- Manage legal risks by identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update legal documentation and databases for conveyancing and leasing matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal concerns effectively.
- Support the legal department in other related tasks as required.
