Penerangan pekerjaanEnsure all costing data is recorded accurately for analysis and reporting. Liaise with stakeholders and HQ regarding cost reporting discrepancies. Oversee billing from suppliers and invoicing to HQ Finance for processing. Manage petty cash, maintain financial records, and prepare financial reports and spreadsheets. Handle plant inventory movements, including production reports, raw material issuing, cycle counts, stock counts, and reconciliation. Understand and assist in analyzing the overall cost structure and develop action plans for cost optimization. Analyze and compute costs such as inventory, labor, and overheads. Review production overheads, analyze variances, and highlight concerns. Assist in preparing annual production overheads budget. Prepare monthly closing reports and analyze trends in natural gas, electricity, overtime, and R&M costs. Coordinate with planners for stock take processes and reports for HQ Finance. Perform other tasks as directed by management. CIMA, ACCA, Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply. MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, and farming, with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet domestic and international markets, the facility can process up to 300,000 birds per day.
