Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with raw material buyers, production managers, and supervisors regarding material supply and production output.
- Manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper closure.
- Analyze customer forecast changes and provide accurate feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis of production and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing resource requirements.
- Compile and prepare AOS and exposure reports for customer feedback.
- Monitor and expedite operations to minimize schedule delays, and adjust schedules to address unforeseen issues.
- Ensure MDS requirements are met by maintaining at least 3 working days of advance stock availability without shortages.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any equivalent field.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or material control, preferably in a manufacturing / EMS environment.Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and material requirement planning (MRP).Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) will be an added advantage.Salary Range : MYR 3,000 - 5,000
