• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for YJM, targeting foundations, corporations, and individuals.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with current and potential donors through personalized engagement and communication.
• Prepare and submit grant proposals, track donor activity, and ensure all records are accurate.
• Organize and promote fundraising events, ensuring that each event meets its financial goals.
• Use online platforms and social media to drive donations, boosting the organization’s digital presence.
• Oversee and manage budgets for fundraising activities, evaluate their success, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Coordinate and train event volunteers, while liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Create and distribute public relations materials like brochures, newsletters, and donor updates to maintain strong community engagement.
