Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with the life science industry is an advantage. Competitive salary ranging from MYR 72000 to MYR annually. Additional language allowance for Japanese proficiency. Permanent employment with career development opportunities. Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless system operations.
- Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to address IT-related inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Document IT processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
- Assist in implementing new IT systems and applications.
- Analyze and resolve system errors to improve functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and tools.
