Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bukit Mertajam for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, conducting training sessions, and driving sales performance. The role also involves maintaining customer service excellence and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, marketing, or business development (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems .
• Ability to build long-term client trust and deliver tailored solutions.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about sustainability and the circular economy .
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, auctions, or asset management is an advantage.
