Senior Finance & Accounts Executive

Location : ACCA Careers, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Senior Finance & Accounts Executive will manage financial and accounting operations within the manufacturing sector, requiring expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including posting journal entries, performing reconciliations, and handling month-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for submission to the headquarters, ensuring compliance with group reporting deadlines.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, including reconciliation and confirmation with related companies.
• Produce financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and on time, including e‑invoicing.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders when necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation and supporting records for all financial transactions are maintained.
• Contribute to process enhancements and participate in ad‑hoc analyses or financial projects as needed.
