Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum 3–5 years experience in accounting role Able to handle full set of accounts independently Experience using accounting system (e.g. SQL / AutoCount / UBS / etc) Strong knowledge in Malaysian accounting & tax regulations (SST & basic tax) Detail‑oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines Strong analytical & problem‑solving skills Good time management & organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Good communication & teamwork
Job Summary
Responsible for handling full set of accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting day‑to‑day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports & schedules
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash and company expenses
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and follow‑up on receivables
- Prepare and submit SST, tax schedules & audit documents when required
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and company secretary
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Support budget preparation and cost control activities
- Assist in year‑end closing & audit process
- Ensure compliance with company policies & accounting standards
