Responsibilities

  • Add expected salary to your profile for insights
  • Prepare E-quotation for internal customer (Sales team, branches, and Service team) & external customer
  • Prompt response to internal & external customer on parts enquiries related to part number for the machine, price, lead time, stock availability
  • Check with CCD about customer's account on customer's outstanding payment, credit limit.
  • Raise PR for backorder request & customer PO for overseas parts & local parts
  • Follow up & expedite Inventory team on delivery date. Update delivery status to customer
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements for customer orders upon receipt of customer PO (ex-stock items)
  • Print Picking Slip for Warehouse for delivery. Print invoice for cash customer / walk in customer.
  • Source for effective transporter - lower cost, shorter lead time
  • Plan and purchase parts for HQ and branches
  • Follow up with principals / suppliers on delivery date, shipment and expedite delivery for urgent shipment
  • Replenish inventory to meet Safety Stock level
  • Liaise with principals / suppliers on parts related issues – quality issue, short shipped, over shipped, wrong supply, price discrepancy, etc
  • Liaise with Shipping Department to bring in oversea shipment
  • Manage obsolete stock. Work with Product Heads, Service team, branches to clear obsolete stock.
  • Prepare reports as assigned
  • Maintain data cleanliness in system

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3- 5 years of working experience, preferably in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, supply chain management, forecast and planning, background or similar related industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer service and negotiation skills, self-motivated, goal oriented and result driven.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • This role now will be in USJ 1, but she / he will relocate to Puchong / Cyberjaya by May 2026, so preferably someone who can relocate.
