Overview

As Technical / Operation Support, you will be responsible for the day-to-day project execution from various clients. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, operation & maintenance
To ensure all related operations activities are performed in compliance with company standards, processes, regulations and procedures
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Identify and escalate issues to Supervisors
Any other duties as and when deemed necessary
Able to explain the cause of certain problem arises and able to explain the reason of the solution applied either permanently or temporarily
Working closely with either internal technical / software team or external clients / user for tackling of support task reported in order to get the problem solved

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM with 1 year working experience or Diploma or Degree.

FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Willing to learn and work on shift, weekends & public holidays.

Customer-oriented person

Must possess your own transportation (prefer Bike)
