About the role
This is a full-time Customer Service and Operation Executive position based in Penang. As part of the Client & Sales Administration team at EAM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolving customer issues and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions
- Assisting with the processing of orders, invoices, and other operational tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance customer experience
- Attending flights for the day to day operation in Penang Airport
