Job Description

The Customer Quality Engineers primary objective will be the main focal point for customer quality matters, ensuring prompt and effective communication, issue resolution, and coordination with internal stakeholders. This role supports customer satisfaction by analyzing warranty claims and product complaints and driving root cause investigations and corrective actions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related communication and interactions.
• Lead and manage customer quality reviews, support visits and ensure timely responses to customer complaints and inquiries.
• Work cross functional with internal teams such Technologies, Product Quality Engineering, and Production to investigate and resolve any customer quality issue related.
• Perform customer complaints and warranty claim data analysis using tools like PowerBi, Pareto, 8D, and 5Why, identify area for improvement and drive effective containment action, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective / preventive action (CAPA).
• Track the status and effectiveness of corrective actions to ensure proper closure.
• Prepare and submit any quality report and documentation such as failure analysis report to customer / sale-and-service.
• Identify and drive opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline internal quality processes.
• Support initiatives aimed at reducing customer DPPM and improving issue response time.
• Monitoring and safeguard Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) by identifying, analyzing and reducing quality-related losses.
• Lead in the development, implementation and maintenance of customer quality related processes and procedures, comply to QMS ISO 9001. Including completion of Internal Audits and provision of support during External Audits.
• Maintain 5S practices. participate in LEAN 6 Sigma events, comply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies.
• Other duties as required.
