Join OCK’s 24-month Graduate Trainee Programme to gain hands‑on experience and develop key skills in Digital Infrastructure and Green Energy.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing :

Participate in a 24‑month rotational programme across various departments.
Gain practical experience and deepen understanding of your assigned discipline.
Work under the guidance of a dedicated mentor to accelerate professional development.

About you

The company is looking for :

Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Solar Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing.

Minimum CGPA of 3.5.

Strong leadership skills and a dynamic personality.

Self‑motivation and a results‑driven mindset.

Open mindset with outstanding interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.

Strong mathematical and systems‑thinking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as a strong team player.
