Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Windows)

Penerangan pekerjaanAt least 5 years of hands-on experience as an SRE, Wintel Engineer, or in a similar role. Expert in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, Bash, or other similar languages. Experience with Windows on-premises environments; on-premise experience is a plus. Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP / IP, routing) and Windows Server core services (AD, GPO, Registry Key, Sysinternals). Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda; experience is a plus. Certifications in Microsoft Windows Server, security, or other infrastructure areas are advantageous. Shift rotation is required with extra compensation. Ability to speak and converse in English; Chinese language skills are a plus. Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability and performance of Windows infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Design, architect and implement Windows AD policies, optimization and hardening in Windows environments.
- Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting.
- Deploy observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch) for system health monitoring.
- Manage workload patching strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support across the internal team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units to ensure processes align with organizational standards.
