Position Overview

Senior Finance BI Analyst - We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance BI Analyst with a strong background in financial data analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Tableau and Power BI, and will focus on delivering actionable insights across key financial domains, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management, and Service Management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to strategic decision‑making through data‑driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to provide insights into AR, AP, Cash Management, and Service Management performance.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and service teams to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive financial and operational performance improvements.
• Develop, automate, and optimize financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance to business stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and metrics across financial processes, providing regular updates and alerts for any deviations or opportunities.
• Document reporting processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.
• Train and support team members in effectively using dashboards and understanding key insights derived from reports.
