ZALORA is looking for an analytical and process-oriented person with an interest in the Operations and e-commerce industry.
In this role you will support analysis and lead core projects to drive operational improvements in the ZALORA fulfillment centers in South East Asia.This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will work closely with the Company’s Top Management, and get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure .
Responsibilities : Analyze the operation processes and large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas, primarily focusing on operational processes.
Implement tech-supported improvements in the OMS system Prepare structured business cases to evaluate potential business opportunities Create flow charts, presentations, standard operating procedures, and supporting documentation for the implementation of improvement projects Contribute to critical project management phases such as project planning, stakeholders communication, and improvement execution Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Create and send out KPI reports to Operations leaders and other project stakeholders to track progress.
Requirements : Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or other Quantitative degrees 0-3 years working experience in a process improvement or project management role within ecommerce / internet startups, manufacturing or logistics companies, or consulting firms Experience with Tableau and SQL, and / or other Business Intelligence packages.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
