Description
Your main job duties will include;
- Lead end-to-end transition activities from planning to service delivery, ensuring operational readiness and smooth knowledge transfer.
- Develop and manage transition plans encompassing people, processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual requirements during transition and transformation phases.
- Design and execute transformation strategies to drive innovation, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Implement continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across business functions.
- Manage large-scale transformation programs using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and executive briefings to support change management.
- Act as a change leader, promoting adoption of new processes and systems with clarity and empathy.
Profile
A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.Experience in SSC or BPO work environmentProven expertise managing transformation and transition projects.Familiarity with the technology and telecoms industry.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Job Offer
