The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Develop the company's overall sales strategy and goals, leading the sales team to achieve targets.
- Plan and manage the sales team’s work, including target allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
- Analyze market trends and competition to formulate targeted sales plans and activities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and take timely measures to optimize sales efforts.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Automotive, Hospitality and Manufacturing industry.You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.What's on Offer?
