Work you’ll do

Procurement Activities :

• Purchase Requisition Management :

Prepare and submit Purchase Requisitions (PR) in Ariba as per the requests from Business Units (BU) and other departments.

Monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely processing and delivery of goods / services.

Verify invoices from vendors by cross‑referencing with purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

Complete the Vendor Business Relationship (VBR) assessment procedures for new vendors to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and monitor existing contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Bank Guarantee Activities :

Request the bank to issue bank guarantees based on internal requirements, ensuring all documentation is complete and in compliance with company policies.

Manage and maintain a list of outstanding bank guarantees, including tracking expiration dates and ensuring timely renewals or cancellations as necessary.

Maintain records for all bank guarantees and ensure proper filing and tracking.
