Join the growing team at SHOBANA M & ASSOCIATES' as a full-time Administrative Clerk based in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
What you'll be doing
- Handling a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, document management, data entry and general office duties
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, travel arrangements and other administrative activities
- Maintaining detailed records and reports
- Assist lawyers by managing clerical and administrative tasks related to legal proceedings.
- Draft correspondence, maintain court calendars, file documents electronically through court systems, and ensure that legal paperwork is formatted correctly and submitted.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a professional services environmentStrong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbalProficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suiteA positive, proactive and flexible approach to work.What we offer
